Baby Jade came to see me at 17 days new. She was still quite a bit jaundiced, which is normal for babies born before their due dates. Her big sister was the same way when I did her newborn session two years ago.

Baby Jade slept so much better for me than her big sister did, though! Her mom definitely remembers that part, because she was worried she wouldn’t ever go to sleep..LOL!

Jade’s mama chose a teal/jade looking color for her session. She wanted the whole thing to be that color, and I definitely wasn’t mad about it! I love when moms choose more unconventional colors for their baby girls. <3

I don’t have a ton of options for this beautiful color, because it doesn’t get chosen often, so I had to get a little creative and do a color change for one of the setups, to make it match the rest of the backdrops/fabrics. Here is a before and after of that…
