Mckinley Rose {Kingman, AZ Newborn Photographer}

This little darling surprised her mama and daddy by coming 2 weeks early.

I was out in Nebraska, attending my 1:1 with the amazing Nicole Smith Photography, when I got the call that baby girl Mckinley was born. It actually worked out perfectly for me, because as soon as I got home from NE, I wanted to be able to practice what I had learned from Nicole, so I scheduled Mckinley’s newborn session for the day after I returned home. 🙂

Mckinley was 5 days old when she came to me, and just so happened to be 5 pounds of pure, sweet sugar. She was just the sweetest, most tiny little thing, but my goodness, she slept like a champ! She slept so well that I was able to work on several different poses on the bean bag, as well as do parent shots, and a prop shot…all in 2 short hours!

Mckinley’s nursery is purple, so of course we had to do a TON of purple…which I don’t mind at all, because it happens to be one of my favorite colors!! 😉

Her mama and daddy were amazing, as well, and SO thankful the whole time they were there. Nothing warms my heart more than when parents express to me how much they appreciate my work, when they watch how gentle and loving I am with their baby, and when they realize exactly how much goes into a newborn session. They were so appreciative of the entire experience, and that is what I strive to give….a wonderful, calm, and stress-free experience. 🙂
