Arizona Newborn Photographer | Baby Riley

Riley came to see me from Phoenix, Arizona at 14 days new. His parents were in town to surprise his auntie, uncle, grandparents, and cousins for a birthday party, and I was stop number one for them. 🙂

Riley really gave me a run for my money. He didn’t want to be put down, and only wanted to cuddle and be rocked, so it took me longer to get through my posing workflow with him. Lots of cuddling and rocking, followed by a minute of posing for pictures, then repeat the first step again…LOL! His mama said that’s exactly how he is for her at home, too.  This is exactly why I tell my clients that newborn sessions can take up to 3-4 hours. It all depends on the baby! 🙂
