Baby Colter | Needles California Newborn Photographer

Baby Colter came to visit my studio when he was just 16 days new. They came to me from Needles, California. They were referred to me by some family members. I photographed their nephew, Kase, back in 2022 and 2023. You can check out Kase’s session HERE. I just LOVE this sweet family! They are all so kind!

Since I photographed his cousin, Kase, in a cow hat, Colter’s mama asked if I could do the same pose with Colter, but in a duck hat. Challenge accepted!!

Colter’s mama wanted me to use neutral colors for his session, so I pulled browns and creams.

Baby Colter wasn’t a big fan of being naked. He was much more cozy being wrapped. With newborn photography, you have to follow baby’s lead!

Of course with every newborn session, I offer family and parent posing, too. This couple was absolutely gorgeous, and so fun to work with!
