Twin Newborn Session | Brooklyn and Dakota | Kingman Photographer

Twin Newborn sessions can be so challenging sometimes. Even just one baby can be challenging, but when you add in a second baby, there is a lot more to think about and plan for.

I always have an assistant for all of my twin newborn sessions. That always helps. They are there to help me fetch props and wraps when my hands are full, hold the second baby while I am posing the other one, and help with spotting when I need it.

Sometimes one baby won’t be sleeping at the same time as the other baby. That’s usually when I get my individual shots of the baby who is sleeping, then I switch. I always try to get as many poses of the babies together, as well as individuals of each of them by themselves.

Brooklyn and Dakota were one of the best sets of twins I’ve had. They both slept pretty well for me. They also didn’t mind being next to each other.
