Sweet Peas Photography | San Diego Newborn Photographer | Baby Ezra

Baby Ezra came to the Sweet Peas Photography studio at 10 days new, and he was quite the feisty one! He came to PARTY! It’s been awhile since I’ve had a newborn who didn’t want to sleep, so I guess I was long overdue. 😉 We spent almost 3.5 hours trying to get him to sleep, but he just wasn’t having it, which is totally fine, because I love the awake shots, too! <3

I love this family so much, and they have been coming to me since the very start of my business, nearly 7 years ago. Even after they moved away to San Diego, they have still brought their babies back to see me. That is such a humbling feeling! You can see bigger sister Juliet’s newborn session HERE.

Little did we know that while I was busy trying to get Ezra to sleep, the outside world was dealing with some rare and crazy weather. We don’t see tornadoes often in Arizona, but there was one that day, and we were completely oblivious to it until after the session was over. The last time that our town saw a tornado was about 20 years ago, so that was crazy! I’ve attached a screen shot of a picture here that my friend, Jamie Taylor, took and posted to Facebook. So scary!
